• You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund.

• Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

• These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pudukkottai, TAMIL NADU

Cancellation & Refunds policy

1. Event Management Services

Advance fees are non-refundable due to pre-booking, vendor retainers, and project planning costs. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemic restrictions), we will reschedule or reallocate services without additional fees. Partial refunds may be considered only if no physical or digital execution has begun and cancellation is requested within 5 working days of payment.

2. Recruitment & Consulting Services

If a recruitment mandate is canceled after profiles have been shared, 25% of the quoted fee will be charged for resource hours. No refunds for completed strategic consulting services.

3. Customized Solutions

No refunds will be processed for design, branding, or strategy work that has been initiated or delivered.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or dispute a charge, please write to us at info@evolvxsolutions.in with project details and reason within 5 days of payment. In case of any Refunds approved by the EVOLVX SOLUTIONS, it’ll take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
